Matters Arising

The regulations for the Bro Caron are obsolete as its the same night as our club dinner!

This years memberships cards are nearly printed more news next meeting.

There will also be club Championship forms availiable with rules for 2005.

The club dinner is on the 19th February 28 guests so far but we have a limit set at 100 next meeting is the cut off for members to attend. After that cut-off it will be opened to the genral public.

No news on CB Radios to report.

Mr Robert Richardson promised to chase up on a OS maps for the club.

Ireland Trip.

The president had looked into various routes to Donegal to find the easiest, quickest + cheapest to find the best deal for the members participating 8 so far costing £220 each approx more news when he has it.

Correspondance.

The club has received 2 letters one from a mr Clive Morris thanking our members for marshals on the W.W.R.S. Christmas Stages.

The other is from a Mr Paul Barrett a representative of Carmarthenshire National Health Service Trust thanking us for the donation to the Cilgerran Ward Carmarthen.
