Matters Arising

The club championship is was debated wth the outcome being no change to the current system.

There was a debate on the proposed rule changes for road rallying for next year.

The Annual General Meeting will be next meeting the 5th April 2005.

The regs are availiable for the Eagles Road Rally for the 14th May.

The Mel Harries Memorial Rally Marshal information proofs have been scrutinized by the clerk of the course and ammended.

Forthcoming events are the Gremlin road rally Pontrhydfendigaid Sprint and Caerwent.

Club members who havent paid club membership were named and shamed 8).

Correspondance

Andrea Wren from the RAC was in touch to discuss the club licences for CB radio operation.

The club also wrote a letter to Phil Mills thanking him for his time and effort to attend our club dinner (he also received a free t shirt and his other half a bunch of flowers for the inconvenience).
